I might be slightly biased… but has there ever been a prettier mama to be than my sister in her milk bath maternity session?! I was a little skeptical of this idea at first. I’ve seen the trend all over lately, and I wasn’t super gung-ho to try it. But, Shannon suckered me into it and i’m so glad I tried it because I LOVE the results!
Shannon’s husband Braden is currently enlisted in the Army, so it was important to make this maternity session extra special. After the milk bath, we went outside to take some photos of Shannon with her first child, Riley. Riley being 2, was less than cooperative! We did manage to snap a few with her before eventually conceding, and letting her go enjoy herself with some sidewalk chalk!
After Riley was content, we took a few more photos of just Shannon (and baby Jayce!) I think we can all agree she definitely rocked this session! I can’t wait to meet baby Jayce, and photograph his birth story!
